can it really be the last week of the year?? And the decade?? Wow, how did that happen? We have long forgotten Y2K!
The memories of the holidays are the best and we had some unexpected contributors this year! The two girl dog cousins,Fiona and Pearl came for Christmas Day, unlike Tanner they don't know they are dogs but at my house, they are dogs and they go outside especially with a house full of confusion on a holiday. Sooo........they were all three outside, not even in the garage because I had food overflow out there and I didn't trust the visitors to leave it alone. They were playing nicely for a bit so we thought until I looked up in the middle of gift opening and saw that we were having a white Christmas after all!! I had some patio pillows out on the decks and they are sturdy, I also had tossed two regular ones out there that were coordinating colors that I didn't want to use in the house and they have been untouched for a year. It never occurred to me to move them or that they were filled with down and there were three bird dogs out there!!! Here is the hysterical scene I spotted right in the middle of the gift opening, the girls were having a pillow fight and Tanner figured he might as well join in. They couldn't have been happier!!
Matt did spend a few minutes with the Shop Vac after a bit but they were so funny and looked like polar bears, we didn't get the shots of the three of them rolling on their backs........a memory to cherish for sure!
